The Trost And Wolfer, PC, Experience
Legal matters related to your family, your finances or your freedom are extremely personal. Some aspect of your life has the potential to change dramatically, and that is not always an easy process to go through. When facing such uncertainty, it is vital to have an attorney who is not just your legal resource, but also your legal advocate.
At my law firm, Trost and Wolfer, PC, Attorneys at Law, I work one-on-one with each client every step of the way. I am attorney Richard M. Trost. After over 30 years of practicing law, I know that many people can be overwhelmed by their legal situation. As your lawyer, I will help you understand the process ahead of you and guide you toward a favorable resolution. From my office in Brighton, I provide legal guidance and advocacy to individuals throughout eastern Michigan.
A Hands-On Approach From A Lawyer With Experience
One of the major benefits of working with a small firm like mine is that you get the personal attention you can’t always find at larger firms. Whereas some larger firms have paralegals handle much of the work on a case, at my firm, I will handle your case myself. I have helped hundreds of people with their criminal defense, bankruptcy and family law issues. I also help couples and people in the community with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as mediation and arbitration.
Of course, personal attention does not mean much without experience to back it up. I have been practicing for over 30 years, have extensive experience and am BV Preeminent peer review rated* through Martindale-Hubbell. To read more about my background, please follow the link below:
The Initial Consultation
An important part of the process at my firm is the initial consultation. Many times, this is the first time we meet in person. My goal during this free, complimentary meeting is to get to know you and your legal concerns so that I can determine how I can help. I know that entering into any legal process is intimidating, so I will take the time to explain what you can expect from your case. Depending on your situation, I may be able to give you a very clear vision about what your life will look like after your legal matter is resolved.
